30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund. If it's not right for you for any reason, we'll make it right.

Free Returns
Return shipping is on us. You won't be charged any fee to send an eligible item back, and there's no restocking fee.

How to Start a Return
Email us at persyglow@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you a free return shipping label and simple instructions within 1–2 business days. Pack the item securely and drop it off using the provided label.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You'll get an email confirmation once it's processed. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement, depending on your financial institution.

Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. Items should be returned in the condition you received them, with original packaging where possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
